  1. Initial Discussion regarding your units. (We do not manage 1 bedroom units and we do not manage 2 bedroom units unless they are part of a larger project.)

  2. We walk the prospective unit(s) together. We provide you a proposal for the one-time onboarding fee and a checklist of items that need to be addressed prior to onboarding

  3. You review and sign contract.

  4. We apply for your STR Owner License (if needed).

  5. We install WiFi network and all smart hardware.

  6. We arrange professional photography.

  7. We list the units across all platforms and begin marketing the units.
